We suggest shipping your wine to a home or office where someone is present during the day to receive the package. This will help you avoid re-delivery and return-shipment fees. You must be 21 years of age or older to order or receive alcohol from Corral Wine Co. Receipt of shipments containing alcohol requires the signature of an individual 21 years of age or older, who is not intoxicated. Wines purchased from Corral Wine Co. are for personal consumption only.
WHERE WE SHIP
Currently we are authorized to ship our wines to Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, Washington State, Washington DC, and Wisconsin. If you live outside of one of these areas and would like to purchase, please email email@example.com.
WINE IS PERISHABLE
Wine is a perishable and does not fare well in extreme weather climates. Hot and cold weather may negatively affect the condition of your wine during shipment.
Corral Wine Co. is not responsible for and will not replace wine that is damaged by weather during shipment.
When your wine is picked up by the carrier for delivery, the purchaser becomes responsible for the wine.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Corral Wine Co. will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, defective, or that the customer is not satisfied with. We will replace the bottle once we receive the unfinished portion of the original bottle. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcohol unless the product is corked or defective. We also cannot accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that was ordered in error. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for the return of the wine. Once the wine is received, we will refund your credit card for the cost of the wine, excluding shipping and handling charges. If the original shipment was damaged or defective you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.
Canceled orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
